My intention is to share with you how to take your health into your own hands, to nourish your body and optimize your wellbeing, all to inspire you to become the driver of your own wellness journey; to help you build a healthy lifestyle that not only serves you, but one that you truly love.

As a holistic nutritionist with over 10 years of nutrition and alternative health experience, I meet people every day who struggle with their health because they lack a personal approach that meets their individual needs, or they try to follow a plan that's not designed for them.

Your health (and health goals) are unique to you, which is why you need realistic strategies designed specifically for you. In 2010, I started Nutrition Simplified to teach a non-diet approach to wellness, blending modern nutrition research with the roots of our nutritional heritage.

In the thousands of women (and men!) I’ve coached since then, I’ve seen first-hand the transformative power of having someone in your corner, helping you navigate the complexities of balancing diet, stress, and everyday demands.

My approach to wellness centers around an abundance mindset. It’s all about what you can do, not about what you can't. I focus on creating healthy habits, not restrictions. Because healthy eating shouldn't be about rules; it should be about possibilities.

After all, taking action to be healthy is about loving your body, not hating it.

And I believe for our work together to be effective, these changes need to be simple and sustainable.

My approach focuses on co-creating bite-sized action steps that are simple to apply, enjoyable to practice, and will fit into your busy schedule. 

I work with clients over the phone to make coaching incredibly accessible no matter where you are. It allows me to connect with people outside of my region and gives you the opportunity to access our sessions from your office, car, the grocery store, a coffee shop, out for a walk, or cozied up on the couch.

You see, I meet people every day just like you who are feeling stuck and looking for more than a quick fix; they’re looking for solutions that that fit seamlessly into their busy lives and will serve them for the long haul.
