I work with clients over the phone to make coaching incredibly accessible no matter where you are. Q: How do we meet for Sessions?

A: Sessions are conducted via phone or video meeting so you can work with me flexibly, comfortably, and remotely. However, if you prefer to have an in-person consultation, we can arrange that in Portland, Maine.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Weekdays, by appointment only.


Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: At this time insurance companies do not pay for health coaching. You may be able to pay with your Health Savings Account (HSA) or submit your receipt to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement (policy-dependent).
