Green Goddess Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 large rib of celery

  • 1 in piece of fresh ginger

  • 1/4 of a lemon peeled and seeded

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup of water

  • Add a few cubes of ice if you like a thicker shake

  • Optional: 2 scopes Life Shake

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. 

  2. Blend until creamy.

  3. Pour and enjoy.
