Chelsea Barringer is a Functional Medicine Nutritionist and Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with over a decade of experience helping others cultivate their most vibrant health.
Recognized as a leading voice in integrative health, Chelsea Barringer specializes in alternative functional medicine and holistic nutrition. With a Master’s Degree in Holistic Nutrition, an undergrad in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, and over 15 years’ experience in clinical practice, she draws on her wisdom and expertise to empower people to take charge of their health and wellbeing.
As a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (CHHP) and a professional member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), Chelsea has spent the greater part of her career exploring the impact of hormones on overall health, and helping her clients correct nutritional imbalances to restore their health naturally. Her research includes a co-authored peer-reviewed publication in Oxford’s Academic Advances in Nutrition: Safety, Tolerability, and Efficacy of a 7-Day Cleanse Program.
In 2010, Chelsea established Nutrition Simplified to help individuals cut through the noise of the nutrition industry and sidestep the confusion, frustration, and stagnation that so many fall victim to. With a knack for delivering complex science in a way that is easy to digest, her messages pull from her unique approach that embraces the interplay between nutrition, bio-individuality, and mindset.
