No-Bake Protein Brownies

 

Yield: ~16 pieces

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup plant protein powder

  • 1 mashed ripe banana

  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts or almonds

  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 dash cinnamon

  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well until there are no lumps in the mixture.

  3. Using a spatula, press this chocolate mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press down to flatten into pan and create an even layer.

  4. Refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours until the brownies set.

  5. Cut into small pieces and enjoy!
