Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

 

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plant-based milk, unsweetened

  • 1 serving plant protein powder

  • ½ cup pumpkin purée, canned or fresh

  • ½ banana, frozen

  • 1 Tbsp. raw almond or pecan butter

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon

  • ¼ cup ice

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender. 

  2. Blend until creamy.

  3. Pour and enjoy.
