High-Vibe Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsweetened oat milk (or other milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop plant protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 2 tsp. cacao powder

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • ½ cup rolled oats

Instructions:

  1. In a glass jar, add milk, plant protein powder, almond butter, cacao powder, chia seeds, vanilla and sea salt.

  2. Add oats and stir to combine.

  3. Top with favorites: berries, sliced banana, nut butter, coconut, silvered almonds, etc.

  4. Pour mixture into a glass jar and secure the lid.

  5. Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next day.
